Getting Back to Normal After Hurricane Arthur

North Carolina is recovering from Hurricane Arthur. The Crystal Coast had little damage, power outages are quickly being restored. The Outer Banks is returning to normal. Clean up continues. The Bonner Bridge is open to all traffic. Highway 12 is open, but on Hatteras Island the highway still has some standing water. Highway 12 is only one lane over the Pea Island temporary bridge with a stop light. Traffic on Highway 12 on HI is heavy, with delays. The weather for Sunday should be great.
