Spring Southern Ideal Home Show 2014 in Raleigh

The Spring Southern Ideal Home Show 2014 is in Raleigh April 11-13, 2014. This is the spring Southern Ideal Home Show geared toward the home and garden. It’s “The Triangle’s Largest Home and Garden Event”. The show is a great place to get ideas on home decor, gardens, outdoor living and so much more. Landscape, Remodeling, kitchens and bath, and outdoor living. Also how to live green, ask an expert, prizes, promotions and shopping.

The show will be a the NC State Fairgrounds. 

Hours are:

  • Friday: 11am-7pm
  • Saturday: 10am-8pm
  • Sunday: 11am-5pm

Season Opener Tonight for the Durham Bulls at the DBAP

The Durham Bulls season opening game is tonight in Durham at the DBAP against Gwinnett. Gates open at 5:00pm and the game starts with the first pitch at 6:05. The Durham Bulls Athletic Park was renovated over the winter and has several new features including more concessions, a new picnic-style seating area, improved WiFi, a new field surface, new lights and a new scoreboard are just some of the improvements. Spring is here and baseball is back! Head to the DBAP and go support those Bulls!

Beaufort Wine and Food Festival in North Carolina

The Beaufort Wine and Food Festival in North Carolina is April 23-27, 2014. This is the 10th Annual Celebration for the festival. Several different events, seminars, wine tastings, local and guest chefs plus much more. ALL Attendees must be at least 21 years of age to attend any Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend events. The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival 2014 is This Weekend!

The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival for 2014 is April 25-27, 2014. It will be held in Downtown Fayetteville & Festival Park. Admission is FREE!

Concerts by The Marshall Tucker Band and John Michael Montgomery. Carnival Rides, Bouncy House, Food, Street Fair and Shopping, Arts and Crafts and a Car Show. The Dogwood Festival is one of the most popular events in the southeast. Mark your calender with the dates!
